Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our first priority with all category items of Gym Accessories We aren’t ready to hear about refunds or returns at all. In the unlikely event that you receive any damaged or defective items or wrong products, please contact our support team, who will get this arranged for you as early as possible.

You won’t be charged any extra shipping fees for these returns or exchanges items, or defective shipments. Please continue and see more information about our refunds or returns policy below!

Return Policy

We maintain a return policy that is the most important to ensure the legitimacy of all items and the customers’ privacy. If you need to return any faulty products, we will arrange for replacement meeting the below conditions:

  • Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the purchase and unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you any refund or exchange policy. 
  • To make this policy eligible, your products must be unworn, unwashed, and even without any flaws following our specific conditions. 
  • The items should be in the original pack, original tags, user manual, warranty cards, and other accessories. 
  • Our policy will be right for damaged, defective, faulty items, or wrong products after opening the sent box from us.
  • Used or unopened packs or boxes won’t be considered for return or exchange policy.
  • The complaint will be valid for 3 days from the purchased day the items have been received date for faulty products. This day can be different depending on the products. 
  • Any purchased product won’t be exchanged or returned if the customers change their purchase mind or decision.
  • The return policy won’t be valid after the seal is damaged or broken 
  • Suppose you place an order for any wrong products; we may exchange them upon return payment. But this agreement is offered for the remarkable exchange based on the product type and the risk involved in the exchange or return process.

Note: It is crucial to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the return package to avoid any delay in the return process.

Refund Policy

Once your return is accepted and inspected, we will email you and notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also alert you of the approval/rejection of the refund.

If our team approves, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit or original payment method quickly.

If your order is canceled, the payment against such order will be refunded in 7-10 days. But the refund process may take more time depending on the payment service gateways provider clauses. The refund will be initiated in the same payment process.

The customer won’t be eligible for any cashback against his principal amount in case of refunds because if the placed order is canceled, its related cashback will be canceled. We also aren’t bound to pay any service charge or cost for the refunded amount.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy/Information

As our aim is to make our customer’s purchases worthwhile, we take more care in delivering the products to you as fast as possible. Our shipping process is very easy to make your everyday life. Your products are shipped to one of our team monitors your order from there until it is in your hands. 

Shipping Process

Generally, the delivery time of any item’s shipment can be determined using the following formula:

Delivery time = Product availability + a Shipping time of the shipping process 

Most of the products will ship out within a week of ordering (weekends and holidays aren’t included). Some orders may take more than 7 days to process. Our international or imported products or accessories may take up to 2 weeks.

You will certainly be informed if the product in your order isn’t available for instant shipment. Therefore, the order can be separated into shipments without additional charges, and products ordered together can’t be shipped out on the same day. 

We are committed to delivering our products in the best condition, and we ship our items through reputed couriers:

  • We deliver all our things within 7 working days after being confirmed in terms outside Dhaka
  • We provide all our things within 5 working days after being confirmed in terms of inside Dhaka
  • We can provide every order to any destination as specified in the purchase order
  • Delivery cost inside Dhaka is Tk. 80 and outside Dhaka is of Tk. 150 will be borne by the consumers.

However, the delivery time can be delayed based on some unexpected events like political, environmental, transportation, or other unavoidable issues. But in this situation, our team will notify you soon.

If you want to cancel a back-ordered product in your order, send us your request through Contact Us page. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Order Tracking

You can see all updates to your order status from our page; for more order status, you can contact our support team at any time; we can support or inform you about your order and deliver your order safely. 

Standard Delivery

Some products of ours will be delivered with standard shipping with a fixed and smart fee. You can see the delivery estimate before making your final order and can add more items to your cart. The standard delivery process will be safe and sound good for our items. You will be notified of your products when we receive your order. 

Delivery Handling

Our appointed team screens every order and handles all ordered items for final delivery. If there is any damaged or visible fault on the products and package at the time of delivery, please return the delivery to us for further inspection.
